This Privacy Statement gives you an overview of the processing of your personal data when you use the website at (the “Website“). This Privacy Statement also informs you about your rights and the possibilities to control your personal data and to protect your privacy.

When we provide our Website to you, we process personal data for technical reasons for each visitor. These are data that we automatically process for every visitor when the Website is accessed.

2. Note on our Social Media Pages

We operate a page on the Facebook platform ( as well on the Instagram platform ( (collectively the “Social Media Pages”) to provide up-to-date information on our firm's activities. We and Facebook Ireland Ltd (“Facebook“) are jointly responsible as controllers for the data processing on our Social Media Pages. For this purpose, we have entered into a joint controllership agreement with Facebook which is available for review here. Detailed explanations on the data processing by Facebook are available in the Facebook Data Policy.

Data subject rights can be asserted both against us and Facebook. We would also like to point out that Facebook uses cookies which are also used within the framework of our Social Media Pages made available on Facebook’s platforms. For technical reasons, we have no influence on the use of these cookies and cannot prevent their use. We cannot draw any conclusions about specific persons from the data transmitted to us by Facebook; instead, we only receive aggregated data on the use of our Social Media Pages within the framework of “Facebook Insights“.

To this end, Facebook's Cookies & Other Storage Technologies notice (where detailed additional information about individual cookies and their lifetime is also available) state that Facebook uses cookies when providing the Facebook products (including our own Facebook page) for the following purposes: “advertising, recommendations, insights and measurements“. Facebook also uses cookies to help companies using Facebook products measure the success of their advertising campaigns.

The data on our Social Media Pages are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests by staying in touch with potential clients and other parties interested in our services.

3. With whom we share your information:

We will not transfer your data to others, with the exception of public authorities, in the event of legal obligations. For technical reasons our hosting provider is an exception to this rule. However, our hosting provider will process the usage data on our Website solely on our behalf and on our instructions and has undertaken to comply with strict requirements for the security of your data. The provider is Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, 51149 Cologne. Your data will only be stored on servers in the Federal Republic of Germany.

4. Retention period:

We delete your usage data as soon as it is no longer required for the provision of the Website. If you contact us, we will delete the data you have provided after the request has been processed, unless you give us your consent to store this data for a longer period of time.
